Welcome to our OCTOBER 2020 Newsletter

Dear Friends, Family and ministry partners, God is good! We are excited to give you an update about what God has been doing in Kentucky to reach Hispanics..

"I've got the help you need"!

About three years ago, we were put in touch with a minister from New York who had felt a call to come to Kentucky for ministry. When we spoke, he told me that God had been leading him to Ky, and that the Lord told him, “I have the help you need.”

Now, after several years, he and his wife are making preparations to finally come to Kentucky! We are so excited to see what God has in store for them as they work for the Kingdom. He and his family will be staying transitionally in one of our cabins as they discern and receive direction from the Lord where to start ministering. Last month, he came with a moving truck, bringing all of their belongings. They had to finish up a few details back in New York, but will be back as a family this month.

God blessed us to get our new house in just August with the cabins and duplex to help people just like this precious couple, who are leaving behind many years of relationships and memories to come to the harvest field. We are so thankful that they are following the call of God to reach people here in the state of Kentucky. God knew what he was doing even three years ago, preparing just the help that they would need as they determine where God is leading them.

By the end of the year, we are expecting to host another Hispanic couple, this time from Bolivia, to come stay with us as they obey the call. In just a month, the word has been getting out, and already our first minister who works in an overseas feeding program has come to stay in our “missions” cabin for a few days while in the state. We are so thankful for the connections God is making!

Thank you also to Salvador & Araceli from Dallas, whose donation is helping to furnish the cabins- we have purchased pots and pans, skillets, dishes, small appliances, sheets, linens, and all that is needed to make a comfortable place to stay.

Last summer we had a great time hosting missions teams to help jumpstart Hispanic ministries here in the state. If this is something you or your church would be interested in doing in 2021 or further down the road, please contact us.

On a personal note, thank you for your prayers during this pregnancy! This year we are homeschooling with a first grader, pre-schooler, and two littles while expecting treasure #5. Littlest Baby Boy Sanchez is expected mid-January and is doing great. Thank you!!.

Please pray for us!

Pray that God would help us form a solid team in Kentucky to work specifically with the Hispanic Initiative. We need a solid base of people who are strong prayer partners, and also are able to join in hospitality ministry.
• Pray that God would send yet more workers into Kentucky to start Hispanic Ministries
• Pray for unity in the body of Christ amidst this turbulent political season
