Welcome to our July 2020 Newsletter

Dear Friends, Family and ministry partners, Praise God for a beautiful summer here in the hills of Kentucky, despite the difficulties of the times, God is faithful and remains good!!!.

Videos that Preach!

During the challenge of quarantines and restrictions on gatherings, we created two video resources to help Hispanic Churches. These videos are to post on Social Media and "market" the church to it's surrounding communities. The first one is to bring non-believers a message of hope and salvation through Jesus Christ. The second one is to encourage people to come back to church, even after quarantine. Here is a link to them. These are available to you as well! Please contact us if you need a version with no water mark so you can add your church logo on them and share them through your social media.

Radio Latido - Live shows

Radio Latido is tool that we continue to develop and are enabling local ministries to present the message of the Gospel in different ways. As we bring this tool to Hispanic pastors and leaders in the Kentucky area, we hope to reach the unreached, especially in rural communities. In the past few months we have developed some live radio programs

· “Mujer es Latido” is a show aimed to empower women with the Gospel in practical ways. Presented by Pastora Yolanda Diaz.

· “Transformando tu vida” morning reflections hosted by pastor Jehu Garcia · “Te Late” is a fun christian talk show with Pastor Carlos Castelan and his friend Chepe on Saturdays.

· “Conexion” Talk show presenting different cultural topics from a Christian perspective. Presented by Radio Latido’s director Jorge Ramirez.

We are working on more live shows to further connect with our audience and to bring a local Hispanic flavor to our station in Kentucky. You can learn more on our website (please go to your app store to download our App so you can listen to our online radio station)!

Bridging the Gap 2020: Multicultural Conference

In the midst of Racial Tensions and an ongoing pandemic we pray and hope to have a Multicultural Conference in September. Please join with us in prayer for the conference! We want to share practical knowledge on how to embrace a Multicultural Vision and teach strategies on how to reach different cultures/ethnicities within a community..

Our first KMN Multicultural Conference will take place in September 2020.

Re-Launch Online Seminars

Our KMN Hispanic pastors joined this seminar hosted as part of our Conéctate strategy. They received vital information and resources on how to turn this pandemic into an opportunity to reach the lost. We had 6 online sessions on church Re-Launch campaign. The material was provided by the National Assemblies of God.

Our team has been meeting online with pastors and churches to help them improve their online presence.

Praise Report

A couple months ago we shared about a family expecting a baby who could potentially be born with Down syndrome. They gave their lives to Jesus and now their baby is born, and is healthy!! Let keep praying for them as through this pandemic it seems harder to build relationships.

Family Report

We are overjoyed to announce Baby #5 coming in early January 2021!! Our family is so thankful, and we are overcome by the blessing of God!.

Please pray for us!

  • The upcoming Multicultural Conference in September

  • The Live radio broadcasts

  • The Hispanic Initiative

  • Team Our growing family
