The Sanchez Family - Hispanic Initiative

Dear Friends & Ministry Partners, we are finally in Kentucky! Praise the Lord!

We are very thankful to our friends and family who helped us move from Texas to Kentucky. You’re Awesome! Muchas Gracias! As we have moved to Kentucky God has blessed us with a small house on 4 acres and our kids love it. Praise God! Our baby girl Belén had her second birthday party and our two boys are growing very fast. Thank you for praying for our family as we have taken this step of faith into full-time ministry. We will continue to pray for you and trust that the Lord will provide all your needs.

We are only 30% away from being able to step into Hispanic Ministry Full Time!!!

In the past two months as we have been able to share our ministry vision in several Kentucky congregations, we have seen and felt the need in the heart of many local ministers. Demographically Kentucky is composed of primary Anglo communities. However, just like in the rest of the Country the Hispanic presence is growing and with this growth there is also a growth in demand for Hispanic ministries. Both an opportunity and a challenge are facing our nation in urban and rural communities. We know and believe that God’s heart is that none shall perish but that people may come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The U.S. has the second largest Hispanic population in the world making is the second largest Hispanic mission field in the world. And at no surprise Spanish is the second most common language in United States. Here in Kentucky we have seen many Hispanic people throughout rural communities and also in the major cities. We have been connecting with churches that are already reaching Hispanics with the gospel and are also connecting with individuals who have a calling for this specific ministry. God is on the move, and as you have partnered with us, you are also on the move to see a healthy Spirit-led ministry in every Hispanic community. Thank you! It is because of your prayers and financial support that we are able to inspire and equip the church to plant, to grow, and to develop Hispanic ministries. Just last week as we were sharing our vision and testimony, five people came to the Lord at the altar call. Praise God!

We are currently at 70% and only have 30% in monthly commitments left to meet our budget. Awesome! If you have been thinking about partnering with us, this is the time!

Pray for God to connect us with the right people who are willing to take part in reaching Hispanic people by personally supporting us financially on a monthly basis.

Pray that we would find a church in the area where our kids and family can connect as we finish our fundraising journey.

Pray that God would call people to start Hispanic ministries!!
