The Sanchez Family - Hispanic Initiative

Dear Friends & Ministry Partners,

We are in Kentucky, ready to serve and eager to get started with the Hispanic Initiative! As you know we are called to inspire and equip the church to reach their local Hispanic communities with the gospel of Jesus Christ. Many pastors and ministers across the state of Kentucky both want and need to start a Hispanic ministry in their local communities. However, there is a shortage of Hispanic ministers and ministry resources through out rural America, particularly places like Kentucky.

The Harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

God wants to resource local ministries with the tools and ministry resources they need to reach their Hispanic Communities.  For the past year you have enabled us to begin putting these ministry resources together. Thanks to your prayers and support, we are now at about 77% of our monthly budget and need only about 23% (under $2000/mo.) to be fully funded and get this initiative up and running. (We can't start until we're 100%!!)

As you know, the Hispanic Initiative is starting in the state of Kentucky, but we believe this will become become a national movement as there is a great need for Hispanic Ministry across the USA.

Please continue to pray for the workers needed across the nation and particularly here in Kentucky.

Thank you for your monthly financial support. Your prayers and support  are truly making an eternal impact that will bring the harvest to the Lord.

Maximizing Resources!

In the month of May we have seen at least one person come to the Lord at one of our services and many more have been inspired to reach the lost!!!

We have also initiated a temporary church merger where a Hispanic congregation will possibly join an English speaking congregation to maximize their resources.  They have currently been renting a building for $3k and have outgrown the building with about 50 to 60 members.  This possible merger will help both congregations become stronger in numbers and minimize their overhead, maximizing their resources, and thus reaching the lost with more effectiveness.  The English-speaking congregation has a large, beautiful building, and are willing to partner with the Hispanic congregation and reach the lost with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Praise God!  Please pray for God will to be done in this situation and that this would be a learning experience for us.

Prayer Needs:

* As we actively seek friends who are willing to join our financial partnership team, we would ask that you would join us in prayer to finish our budget strong.

* Prayer for our family to be unified, and healthy spiritually, emotionally, and physically

* Please pray for us to stay focused and encouraged!

Thank you! You are in our thoughts and prayers!

I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now ... (Philippians 1:3-5, NIV)
